Watching Paris-Roubaix
In spring 2023, I went to watch the Paris-Roubaix race in real life with a group of my friends. Since we were kids, we have gone to cycling races every now and then, and this year we planned to watch the men’s race, also called “The Hell of the North.”
Seeing those riders attack the cobbled section of Mons-en-Pévèle in real life was just brutal. Mathieu van der Poel launched an attack right in front of us, and I had never seen anything like that in my entire life.
